Animal Feed

The term animal feed or feedstock is a collective term for all types of animal food. It includes food for all human-kept (domestic) animals, such as farm animals, sporting animals or pets. The term usually refers to the feedstock for farm animals. The composition of the feedstock determines to what extent the nutritional requirements of the animals are met and their health and performance capacity is maintained.
