CDU delegates visit HUMINTECH in Grevenbroich
On 8 January 2025, prominent members of the CDU, including Heike Troles MdL, who is the spokesperson for equality and women in the CDU parliamentary group in NRW, as well as Stephen Haines, the chairman of the Mittelstands- und Wirtschaftsunion (MIT) for Korschenbroich, Jüchen and Grevenbroich, and Carl-Philipp Sassenrath, Bundestag candidate for Neuss, visited the HUMINTECH company in Grevenbroich. During the visit, the focus was on a lively exchange about the advanced technologies and developments of the company, which specialises in the production and further development of humic acids for sustainable agriculture.
The CDU representatives enquired in detail about the latest projects, the current challenges and the role of HUMINTECH as an important medium-sized company in the region. The importance of such companies for the economic and ecological development of North Rhine-Westphalia was emphasised by the visitors. ‘HUMINTECH plays a central role in promoting sustainable practices in agriculture and is a prime example for our region,’ said Heike Troles. Stephen Haines and Carl-Philipp Sassenrath were also impressed by the company's innovations and international commitments.
The visit emphasised the need for intensive cooperation between politics and the local economy in order to further strengthen the competitiveness and innovative power of SMEs.
